Free Working Kit · V1.0 / October 2026

See a campaign come together.

Try the ready-filled example first. See the brief, draft and five prompts before working on your own listing.

Use your own authorized listing. This browser workbook does not generate, publish, or approve marketing for you. Keep sensitive client information out. Inputs stay in this tab; download before leaving. This Kit does not include the full Playbook or a Canva template library.

Fictional listing. No typing needed to try it.

Worked example: a fictional patio campaign

Illustrative only. This property and campaign are fictional. No performance result is invented.

Need and research
Explain the relationship between the kitchen and covered rear patio. An illustrative approved listing sheet and authorized photos confirm those features; price and neighborhood claims are excluded.
Strategy
Audience question: how do indoor and outdoor areas connect? Goal: listing-detail visits. Message: see how the spaces connect. Channel: a three-slide photo carousel.
Asset
Slide 1: “See how these spaces connect.” Slide 2: “A view from the kitchen toward the rear patio.” Slide 3: “Explore the full layout in the listing details.” Caption: “The photos show the connection between the kitchen and covered rear patio. View the full listing details for the rest of the layout.” Attach the authorized matching photos and broker-required identification. Insert and test the real listing destination before use.
Readiness
Confirm current facts, photo permissions, actual visual assembly, broker review, channel fit, and working link. The example itself is not approved for publication.
Measurement
Record tracked listing-link clicks for seven days after actual publication. Baseline: none yet. Decision rule: establish a baseline and note the questions received.
Learning
Pending actual deployment and evidence. No clicks, leads, sales, or time savings are claimed.
Seven-day planning map
  1. Verify the listing, permissions, and facts.
  2. Choose the question, goal, channel, and CTA.
  3. Create the asset and assemble its creative.
  4. Complete review, link testing, and mobile checks.
  5. Publish when approved. Record the actual date/reference.
  6. Check tracking and capture questions without overinterpreting early data.
  7. Review if the observation window is complete; otherwise set the later review date. Record learning and choose one next-cycle change.

This is a suggested working sequence, not seven mandatory posts or a promise of results in seven days.

01 / Research

First, what's true?

Use an authorized listing you can market. Recheck the status, price, features, and broker-provided requirements. Use public or approved sources; leave private client details out.

Example: explain an overlooked property feature and help people find the listing details.

Include the property identifier, current status, relevant features, price only if you intend to use it, and the date checked.

Record the approved listing sheet/MLS record and other source references. Identify any unknowns; do not treat AI-generated statements as evidence.

Prompt 1: Research audit

Replace INPUT with your verified information. Copying does not send anything to an AI service.

Check my listing facts against the sources I provide. Sort them into: checked facts, missing details, and assumptions. Suggest useful questions someone may have about the property. Do not invent features, location claims, availability, or prices. If you cannot open a source, say so. Do not target people by protected personal traits. Ask for needed facts before writing.
INPUT: listing facts; current status; sources and dates checked; permissions; question to answer.

02 / Strategy

Pick the point.

Use needs and property questions, not demographic assumptions.

Choose an observable objective, such as listing-detail visits; inquiries are a different outcome.

Tie the message to a verified feature and the question it answers.

Example: Instagram photo carousel, Facebook listing explainer, or a short listing email.

Use an approved link or contact route. Avoid implying a link works before checking it.

Choose one direction: a curious reveal, reflective note, useful explainer or your own idea. Say which traits serve the objective and which facts must stay true. This is creative guidance, not a request to copy a show, brand or template.

Prompt 2: Campaign direction

Replace INPUT with your verified information. Copying does not send anything to an AI service.

Help me choose one useful question, one campaign goal, one message, one channel, and one next step. Use only my checked facts. Give two possible directions and explain the difference. Let me choose. Show any missing evidence. Keep views, link clicks, inquiries, and sales separate.
INPUT: checked facts; audience question; goal; channel limits; actual destination.

03 / Creation

Now make the thing.

Paste the complete asset. For carousels, include every slide’s copy, the caption, and CTA; for email, include subject and body.

Record your approved photo/design reference or the production instructions. A caption alone does not complete a visual asset.

Prompt 3: Create one asset

Replace INPUT with your verified information. Copying does not send anything to an AI service.

Make one complete asset for my chosen channel and plan. Include the opening line, full copy or script, visual directions, and next step. Leave clear fields for any required brokerage details. Use only my checked facts. Tell me if a photo, link, or required detail is missing. Do not call the asset approved or published.
If my brief includes a creative direction, extract its traits and produce an original treatment while preserving my checked facts. Do not copy a show logo, branded layout or slogan, invent demand or imply a hypothetical renovation is real.

INPUT: brief; checked facts; channel and format; brand voice; approved visuals; destination; brokerage requirements.
Canva field checklist
  • Chosen channel dimensions and readable type.
  • Verified feature headline and supporting fact.
  • Authorized listing imagery and any required credits.
  • Brokerage identification and required disclosure space.
  • Clear CTA; confirm the real clickable destination in the publishing tool.
  • Mobile preview and approved export format.

This is a field checklist, not an included Canva template library.

04 / Deployment readiness

Give it one good check.

Resolve every failed check before calling the campaign ready. Follow your brokerage review process; AI critique is not approval.

Record where, when, and who will publish; the Kit does not schedule or deploy content.

Prompt 4: Pre-publication critique

Replace INPUT with your verified information. Copying does not send anything to an AI service.

Review this asset against my plan and checked facts. Point out unsupported claims, confusing wording, channel-format problems, missing or broken next-step requirements, and approval questions. Suggest specific changes. Do not certify legal compliance or give brokerage approval. Tell me what a person must check. End with READY FOR HUMAN REVIEW or REVISE and explain why.
INPUT: brief; facts and sources; full asset; creative; actual destination; known permissions and publishing rules.

05 / Measurement

What are we counting?

Choose a metric that matches the goal. Views describe exposure; link clicks, inquiries, and completed transactions are different events. Use each platform’s actual definition.

Example: clicks on the campaign’s tracked listing link. Note the platform/report that will supply it.

Use a comparable recorded campaign if available; otherwise write “No baseline yet” and explain that limitation.

Example: establish a baseline this cycle; compare actual clicks and qualified questions at review. A target is not a forecast.

Choose a meaningful observation period.

Record the report, tracking link, or manual log you will use. Test tracking before deployment.

06 / Learning

So, what happened?

Planning is one milestone; actual deployment and a recorded result close the loop. Zero is a valid result. Do not fill these fields with estimates.

Enter the real post/link or publishing record, and the date. Leave blank until deployed.

Record the value, units, source, and observation dates. Note missing data or tracking limitations.

What does the evidence support? What remains uncertain? Do not attribute a sale or revenue to this campaign without evidence.

Choose one specific improvement, not a complete system rewrite.

Only record time/work actually measured; otherwise leave blank. No efficiency benefit is assumed.

Prompt 5: Learn from results

Replace INPUT with your verified information. Copying does not send anything to an AI service.

Compare the real result with my goal, starting point, target, and dates. Keep what I made, what happened, and any measured effort separate. Explain tracking limits and possible reasons without claiming causation. Suggest one change for my next campaign and one thing to keep. If there is too little evidence, tell me what to collect. Do not promise better results or rewrite my brand rules automatically.
INPUT: goal; output; metric definition; baseline; target; real result and dates; tracking limits; feedback; measured effort if available.

Keep your work. Start the next cycle.

Start with a real marketing need and verified listing facts.

Milestones reflect the information you enter and confirm; they are not independently verified performance results.
